Blue Light Wellbeing offers private trauma therapy, psychotherapy and wellbeing coaching sessions based in Warwickshire, UK or via online sessions, working personally with Hannah or one of her trusted Associates.


Clients come to see us for many different reasons but all with a similar goal - to make a change in their lives that they are finding difficult to approach on their own.


Partaking in a 1-2-1 therapy programme can offer an effective and efficient way to process previous trauma, understand the changes you may need and developing practical ways to implement them. As we make practical changes, we also look at questioning our conditioned beliefs, quietening the mind of negative chatter and destructive patterns, and developing various tools and techniques to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

How it works

All therapy and coaching plans will vary according to the needs of the client. However, they will follow the fundamental structure as outlined below. Whether you are an individual, a police officer or an employee, the coaching and therapy process is fundamentally the same.

INITIAL CALL

FIRST SESSION

SESSION PLANS

WRAP UP SESSION

  • Suitability to determine if the coach and client are a good fit.
  • This is a free 30-minute call.
  • Via phone, Zoom or in person.
  • Define and clarify goals and objectives.
  • Look at situations and assess barriers and limitations.
  • Plan strategy and tools for sessions.
  • Diagnostic forms explained. Eg: PTSD / GAD.
  • Deep dive session into understanding BWRT and how this will be implemented in your session plan.
  • Session range from 60 – 90 minutes.
  • Psychological tools and techniques applied to current challenges.
  • Accountability and support.
  • Fostering awareness, understanding and ultimately long-lasting change.
  • Session frequency plan
    (initially could be weekly / every second week, and then plan to move to monthly sessions until no longer needed).
  • Sessions are 60 minutes.
  • Goals review and reflection.
  • Re-assessment of diagnostic forms if needed.
  • Action plan to sustain positive progress and development.
  • Open door process explained for future follow up if required.
