Our approach is holistic; focusing on both the individual needs and the organisational needs in order to create sustainable, positive outcomes.

  • Wellbeing assessments:
    Comprehensive evaluations of your team’s current mental health climate during or following periods of upheaval, trauma or significant change. We will identify strengths, weaknesses and potential new opportunities, develop solutions and ideas, and propose changes, training needs and future plans.
  • Examples of proposed consultancy:
    Following critical incidents, following bereavement or loss for the team or organisation, during or after significant organisational change, addressing organisational injustice/moral injury, improving team morale.
  • Ongoing support & consultation retainers:
    Continuous guidance to help you implement and sustain mental health initiatives ensuring lasting impact. Retainers can include assessments, solutions and delivery in both group and individual settings. These are tailored on a business to business basis.
